1. Do I have to order before graduation? No. All students that cross the stage will be photographed as they receive there diploma. Proofs will be mailed to your homes with a second chance to order 2 weeks after graduation.
2. Can I see my photograph before I order? Yes. If you do not place an order before graduation you will receive a proof in the mail of the photograph taken. There will be a password attached for you to view and order your photograph.
3. Is there more than one photograph taken? At some but not all of the commencement ceremonies there is an opportunity to take a second photograph as the student steps off the stage. The second shot is not guaranteed because it is taken as a back up. If there is a second shot taken at your ceremony there will be a proof mailed to you 2 weeks after graduation that you may order from.
4. What if I do not like my photograph? We have a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you do not like your photograph please package it and return it to us stating you would like a refund and we will promptly issue you a refund check.
5. How long does my order take? Orders take about 2 weeks to process.
